Theater of the Sea is an amazing marine animal park that is both entertaining and educational.  The park is set on 17 acres of lush tropical landscaping and natural lagoon, and lets you get an up close look at an assortment of tropical wildlife.  You can swim with the dolphins, sea lions, or sting rays, see incredible shows, as well as take a bottomless boat tour through the lagoon.  This park promises to be an exciting advanture for patrons of all ages.

Sunset Celebration- It is a Florida Keys tradition to celebrate each night as the sun is setting.  Many of the waterfront restaurants and bars have their own nightly sunset celebrations with live music and drink specials.  This is definitley something you need to add in to your schedule each day you are in Islamorada.  Some favorite locations for sunset include Lorelei Cabana Bar, Morada Bay Beach Café and Islamorada Fish Company who all have perfect placement on the Florida Bay to view an incredible sunset.  Another way to celebrate the sunset is on a sunset cruise.  Many of the marinas, as well as a lot of charter captains, offer sunset cruises each evening.

 

Holiday Isle is one of the most famous places in Islamorada.  It is home to the world famous Tiki Bar as well as 4 other bars, and has a sandbar offshore that people from all around take their boats, jet ski’s and kayak’s out to anchor up and enjoy the crystal clear waters.  There is a full marina on site with a vast array of watersport and fishing charter opportunities available.
